4. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Inheritor BV and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

    • Third-party failures, including but not limited to blockchain disruptions.

  • We do not guarantee the legality, validity, or enforceability of digital wills created through our platform in any jurisdiction.
